故事发生(shēng )在(zài )墨(mò )西哥城的一个中产阶级社区“罗马(mǎ(🦄) )”，讲(jiǎng )述年轻女佣克里奥（雅利扎·阿巴(bā )里(lǐ )西(xī )奥饰）在雇主索菲亚（玛丽娜·德(🏥)(dé )·塔(tǎ )维(wéi )拉饰）家中工作，该家中索菲亚的(de )丈(zhàng )夫(fū )长期在外，由女佣克里奥照顾索菲的(de )四(sì )个(gè )孩子。突如其来的两个意外，同时(shí )砸(zá )中(zhōng )了女佣克里奥和雇主索菲亚，两人究(jiū )竟(jìng )该(gāi )如何面对苦(😩)涩茫然的生活？四位孩(hái )子(zǐ )似(sì )乎(hū )是希望所在。 这是以导演阿方索·卡(kǎ )隆(lóng )的儿(🧕)时记忆铸成的影片，而卡隆其(qí )实(shí )就(jiù )是(shì )片中某一位小孩。
