Brij Mohan (36), a hosiery shop owner in a busy Delhi market, desperately wants to change his life. He is fed up of his ball-crusher wife and mounting debts. In order to escape his wretched life, he changes his appearance and adopts a new identity as Amar Sethi, but ends up committing a botched up murder. He runs off with his young girlfriend, hopeful of making a new beginning. Instead, as luck would have it, he finds himself trapped in a web of his own Karma.
Risking their life, they climb on narrow mountain paths every day, carrying 40 kg of goods on their back. Every mistaken step may chance upon a landmine. They are hunted like wild animals. And in the name of what? To earn just 10 dollars a day!?

Taapmaan is a hard-hitting, dark action drama about an independent filmmaker whose only wish is to become the kind of filmmaker he wants to be. When he's not provided justice, he gets shattered from within and proclaims openly to sacrifice his speech unless he gets justice. But in the age of digital media, isn't he just another guy who wants his work to be seen and appreciated? His battle intensifies when time passes by and lack of justice makes him brutal and extremely angry.
During the slavery period in Brazil, a sugar cane farm was the stage for the darkest kinds of horrors. Years later, the place's cruel past is still stained in its walls, even if unnoticed, until a series of strange events starts happening and death returns to the farm.
